Job Title: Registered Nurse - Nights

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team within a private healthcare setting in Scarborough. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care to residents at our modern Nursing Home.

About the Nursing Home:
  • 'Good' CQC rating providing excellent general nursing care and support.

  • Registered Nurses within the management team to support the Nurses and the Nursing Home to run smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Delivering direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other nursing procedures.
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans.
  • Monitoring and assessing residents' health status and progress.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Providing support and guidance to care assistants and other team members.
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
  • Proven experience in a Nursing Home/Care Home or similar healthcare setting.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
  • Clear DBS Check.
