Job Title: Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor to join our team at Partrac. As a key member of our Operations Management Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety and environmental standards across our entire operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective HSE policies, procedures, and programs
  • Work with the team to ensure implementation of client requirements to the highest standards
  • Drive a culture of safety excellence and promote a proactive approach to HSE throughout the organisation
  • Continually improve our integrated HSE management system in line with international standards and best practices
  • Support the Head of HSSEQ with the monitoring and assessment of HSE performance
Requirements:
  • Experience within the marine, offshore, environmental or construction industries
  • Good knowledge of HSE legislation, regulations, standards and industry HSSEQ requirements and best practice
  • Strong understanding and implementation of risk assessments
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for site visits and client meetings
