Swimming Teacher Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Swimming Teacher to join our team at GLL. As a Swimming Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of our customers.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our customers at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer progress and lesson plans.
  • Collaborate with other Swimming Teachers and staff to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
Requirements:
  • STA Award or Certificate level or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
  • Experience in teaching swimming to customers of all ages and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and policies.
