Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team at InterQuest Group.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry of customer orders, clean order checks, and accurate order entry into Siebel. They will also monitor order progress, manage incoming queries, and create service accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of customer orders based on sales data
  • Clean order checks to ensure compliance with group policies and procedures
  • Accurate and timely order entry into Siebel
  • Monitoring order progress and managing incoming queries
  • Creating service accounts and terminating existing lease contracts

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in an admin role, preferably in data entry and/or reporting
  • Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, preferably Oracle and Siebel
  • Internal and external customer service experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good Excel skills
