Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wills and Probate Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and support to clients navigating the complexities of wills, probate, and estate administration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist with casework, including dealing with a range of Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney cases
  • Attend clients, take instructions, and prepare cases
  • Deal with correspondence and maintain accurate time costing procedures
  • Implement recommendations made by supervisors following monthly file reviews
  • Ensure compliance with file management
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong academic background with a Law degree
  • Legal experience as a Wills and Probate Paralegal/Advisor
  • Clear understanding and application of Wills and Probate Laws
  • Business acumen and ability to market the Company
  • Excellent communications skills to work effectively with all types of people
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills and ability to use own initiative but know when to seek guidance
  • Committed team player, self-motivated and professional
  • Excellent IT Skills - familiar with Microsoft Office applications and document management skills
