Financial Support Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Support Specialist to join our team at Venn Group. As a key member of our financial accounting team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our treasury operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Daily bank balance reporting and reconciliation across multiple accounts and currencies
* Processing manual payments and BACS payment runs
* Processing and posting journals
* Raising sales invoices and performing credit control duties
* Performing balance sheet reconciliations
* Supporting the financial accounting team with specific tasks

**Requirements:**

* Previous Treasury/Accounts Receivable experience is essential
* Proficiency in Excel is required
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Organized and proactive approach
