Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Contentious Probate Solicitor with a passion for providing exceptional legal services. The ideal candidate will have a knack for navigating complex disputes with finesse and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and Represent: Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients involved in contentious probate and trust disputes.
  • Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload of complex probate disputes from inception through to resolution.
  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering compassionate and clear guidance throughout the legal process.
  • Dispute Resolution: Utilise your expertise in negotiation, mediation, and litigation to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team of solicitors and support staff, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Continued Development: Stay abreast of the latest legal developments and continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in contentious probate law.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor: With a minimum of 5 years' PQE in contentious probate law.
  • Proven Track Record: In handling a variety of contentious probate cases.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: With excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: With a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to Work Independently: And as part of a team.
  • Commitment to Professional Integrity: With a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity.
