About the Role

Heriot Brown is partnering with a leading alternative asset manager to support their in-house legal team with a key hire into their real estate affiliate. This affiliate provides corporate services to multiple real estate portfolio companies across their investments.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced corporate/commercial real estate lawyer to join our client's small team in London. As the second legal hire, you will report directly to the Lead Counsel and be responsible for advising on leasing, portfolio management, and property management across a range of real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising on leasing and licensing agreements
  • Managing portfolio companies and their investments
  • Providing legal oversight of real estate assets
  • Working closely with the parent company on legal matters
  • Managing external counsel and overseeing legal projects
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need to be a qualified lawyer with less than 3 years' post-qualification experience gained from a well-respected law firm or as in-house counsel at a multinational organization.
