Senior Digital Media Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Digital Media Coordinator to join our team at Fremantle Media Group. As a key member of our Digital Media Services department, you will be responsible for coordinating the archiving, maintenance, and provision of access to digital assets associated with all Fremantle productions.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating departmental workflows to ensure the effective and smooth running of the Production Library
- Working across multiple projects simultaneously to ensure agreed service levels are met
- Responsible for accurate data entry, cataloging, and storage of production masters post TX
- Ensuring file names are correct and all expected deliverables are tracked and accounted for
- Downloading screener files from internal and external post-production facilities
- Taking delivery of safety master files and audio stems via cloud storage platform
- Making sure we get the final master archive backup on LTO as outlined in our delivery specs
- Managing master content uploaded to the DAM with appropriate metadata logged against it and in sync with Xytech
- Running LTO backup and restore jobs on behalf of FMUK labels and other FM teams as requested
- Excellent accuracy and meticulous attention to detail essential
- Leadership skills when taking on and executing team projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task
- Well-organized and ability to use own initiative
- Practical and logical approach to work
- Understanding of the principles and importance of archiving and preservation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience of working with digital video formats, video editing software, asset management, cloud storage, and basic knowledge of post-production workflows an advantage
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professional skill set
