About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our team at Neos Engineering. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing our parts inventory, ensuring timely ordering and identification of parts, and maintaining excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the ordering and identification of parts in a timely manner
  • Ensure the best possible price is obtained for parts, including comparison of prices where necessary
  • Coordinate the arrival of orders, chasing suppliers if there are any delays
  • Conduct regular stock checks in stores and workshops
  • Book stock items for fitters' vans
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a parts or inventory management role
