We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Manager to join our team at Chroma Recruitment. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of an elderly care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to achieve Good and Outstanding CQC reports
  • Ensure the home is well-maintained and compliant with regulatory requirements
