As a Senior Branding Designer, you will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to execution, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative branding strategies that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute design projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to support their growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in marketing and advertising, including AI, design tools, and technologies.
  • Understand market requirements and produce relevant concept options for clients.

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience as a Senior Branding Designer.
  • Expert knowledge across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
