Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our rotational scheme, providing an opportunity to develop specialist knowledge and skills in a range of care settings.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play an active role in the development of services, working as part of a cohesive peer group to deliver 7-day services, including out-of-hours respiratory on-call duties.

About the Role

This rotational scheme comprises seven desirable areas of clinical practice, each lasting nine months, including Critical Care and Surgery, Rapid Response Therapy Service, and Inpatient Rehabilitation.

Key Requirements
  • Sufficient postgraduate experience in a rotational post, including working in an acute hospital environment
  • Working as part of a therapy team and wider multidisciplinary team
  • Supervision and delegation of work to therapy and support staff
  • Contribution to the education of less experienced staff or undergraduate physiotherapy students
Desirable Qualifications
  • Involvement in clinical audit
  • Participation in emergency duties
