Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and proactive Multi-Site Care Manager to supervise the operations of several mental health facilities across Warwickshire. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the provision of outstanding care services at all locations, maintaining compliance with regulations, and cultivating a culture of excellence within the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple care establishments, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
- Provide effective leadership to site managers and care personnel, fostering teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.
- Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and quality assurance protocols to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Initiate and oversee continuous improvement strategies to elevate the quality of care and enhance the overall experience for residents.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
- Effectively monitor and manage financial resources, ensuring optimal allocation across facilities.
- Serve as a role model for exemplary practices in care delivery, advocating for a person-centered approach and dignity in care.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity within the social care sector, particularly in Mental Health.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven capability in managing budgets and resources efficiently.
- A dedication to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
In recognition of your dedication and hard work, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £40,000, along with opportunities to pursue your NVQ Level 5 and various avenues for professional development.
