Salary: £56,000+ depending on skills and experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a dedicated team of Technical Authors, responsible for the creation and revision of Test and Commissioning (T&C) Processes, Topic Manuals, and User Guides.
- Managing the Toolset Team to ensure comprehensive scoping and delivery of all T&C toolset requirements, including the development of training user guides.
- Monitoring and delivering key performance indicators.
- Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Executing the Test & Commissioning IT toolset program and implementing enhancement updates.
- Generating process documentation to support the effective use of toolsets.
- Coordinating the review and update schedule for process document expirations.
- Creating and maintaining key performance review reports.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Proven ability to meet objectives aligned with Project Management IM&T skill sets.
- Project Management certification such as APM, or equivalent experience within an IT environment.
- Prior experience in leading a high-performing team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to guide and influence effectively.
Desirable:
- Experience in defense-related programs.

About the Toolset & Process Delivery Team:
As the Toolsets & Process Delivery Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team focused on developing IT toolsets and processes to support the Dreadnought Test & Commissioning Team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with a variety of innovative systems and toolsets that are integral to the Dreadnought commissioning program.
