This is a hybrid working role with a salary up to £26,000 (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits including Death in Service, Social Events, Exam Funding, Bonus Scheme, Free on-site parking, and On-site Gym.
As a highly progressive and buoyant Firm of Independent Financial Planners, Medlock Partners maintains an excellent relationship with their clients, providing bespoke Financial Advice. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of Paraplanners and Financial Planners, ensuring compliance with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and relevant FCA rules at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Comply with company procedures and regulations, including TCF, T&C, and financial crime procedures.
- Administer LOA processes and letters.
- Communicate with providers via telephone.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to adapt to unfamiliar software packages.
- Provide excellent customer-facing interactions, with good administration skills, phone manner, and IT skills.
- Take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, achieving results with minimal supervision.
