Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Working Foreman/Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the final finishes to a large retail refurbishment project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of site staff to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Conduct site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Develop and implement site-specific safety plans to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and safety documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman/Site Supervisor in a construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
