Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Specialist to join our team in the London/South East area. As a Commissioning Specialist, you will be responsible for performing pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework according to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework using a variety of chemicals, methodology, and equipment.
  • Remove debris, dirt, and contaminants from systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Provide training to assistants and other team members as required, while providing daily feedback and project updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework.
  • Valid SSSTS / CSCS certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license, as you will need to travel to different sites.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, with a salary of £40,000 - £50,000. We also offer a company car, fuel card, and expenses. If you are interested in a fixed-term contract, we can accommodate this as well.
