Job Title: Care Assistants Henley on Thames

Home Instead, the UK's leading homecare provider, is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to elderly clients living in their own homes.

Job Summary:

We are seeking Care Assistants to provide companionship, personal care, and support to our clients. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for helping clients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help clients with mobility and transfer tasks
  • Oversee medication management and provide medical support
  • Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Prepare and cook meals for clients
  • Run errands, such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
