We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team at Central Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality coatings on a variety of parts.

• Coating Operations: Pre-treat, clean, mask, prime, and powder coat parts as needed, adhering to strict quality standards.
• Quality Control: Perform thorough quality checks to ensure coatings meet customer specifications.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Department Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of powder coating experience.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of powder coat processes and techniques.
• Inventory Management: Experience with managing inventory of products.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy loads.
