Assembly Operative Job Opportunity

We are seeking skilled Assembly Operatives to join our client, a leading aerospace company in South Molton, UK.

Job Summary:

As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing high-quality aerospace components. You will work in a fast-paced production environment, following established procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient and accurate production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and manufacture aerospace components to meet quality and production standards
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient production
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines

Working Hours:

We offer a range of shifts to suit your needs, including core day shifts and rotating shifts. Our core day shifts are Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 4:45 PM, and Friday, 8 AM to 12 PM. Rotating shifts are Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM or 2 PM to 10 PM.

Job Type:

This is a full-time, temporary ongoing position with a competitive hourly rate.

Pay Rate:

Our pay rate is competitive, with core days paying £11.44 per hour and double days paying £13.17 per hour (6 AM to 2 PM) or £14.30 per hour.
