Job Title: Head of Year

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Head of Year at a vibrant and inclusive Secondary school based on the outskirts of Chesterfield.

About the Role:
  • Support the wellbeing and behaviour regulation of students in Year 11
  • Liaise with parents, families, and outside agencies to promote the social and emotional wellbeing of students
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of pastoral support across the school
  • Work collaboratively with senior leaders to ensure the success of whole school initiatives

Requirements:
  • Experience in a pastoral support role
  • Passion for wellbeing and behaviour support
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and staff
