Electrical Technician - Community Housing

Location: Coastal City

Compensation: Competitive Salary

About Us:

We cater to a diverse range of roles, from management to technical positions, and are currently collaborating with a Community Housing Provider seeking Electrical Technicians in the Coastal City area.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Conducting electrical testing and assessments.
  • Performing responsive repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Executing comprehensive domestic electrical rewiring projects.
  • Installing electrical systems in kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Setting up domestic heating electrical systems.

Qualifications (Skills & Experience):

  • Compliance with 17th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Certification in Testing and Inspection (2391 or equivalent)
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Community Housing or Facilities Maintenance settings.
