We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our busy team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a 'can do' attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

• Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative tools to ensure efficient workflow.

• Assist with the preparation of official correspondence, reports, and other documents.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with the Director and Office Manager to achieve team goals and objectives.

• Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial accounts and client information.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and confidentiality.

• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**What We Offer**

• Competitive salary range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

• Full-time, permanent position.

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm working hours.
