- Reporting and Analysis: Own the performance reporting cycle for the site, providing regular updates to senior management on key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Significant operational experience, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience of Ecommerce and Retail distribution operations, including transport and freight.
- Ability to interface and negotiate with internal departments and external suppliers at all levels, fostering collaborative practices.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the vision and drive teams to execute change.
