About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team at Tangent Marketing Services. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing our most complex and challenging projects, working closely with our Project Director and potentially leading a team of project managers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding, excellent commercial acumen, and experience delivering projects with budgets over £250k. You will be passionate about digital and customer experience, with a proven ability to manage projects across a range of disciplines, from technical innovation to large-scale application builds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale projects with budgets over £250k
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency environment
  • Strong technical understanding and experience with project management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prince 2 and Scrum Master qualifications are desirable but not essential
