Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring progression in their learning and setting clear targets for their academic growth.
  • Contribute to the school's assessment, recording, and reporting systems, providing accurate and timely feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with Learning Support Assistants and other staff members to enhance the learning experience for students, promoting inclusivity and support.
  • Participate in primary school duties, including supervising playtimes, leading whole-school assemblies, and class assemblies, to promote a sense of community and well-being.

Requirements

  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have recent experience working in primary schools in the UK.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • High standards of professionalism, being well-organized and capable of working to policy and procedure to agreed timescales.
