Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a mental health residential care home in Manchester. As an RMN, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

About the Role:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients within the residential home. You will support colleagues and promote effective teamwork, upholding the values and standards of the organisation, ensuring evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • A valid RMN nursing qualification.
  • Active NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • At least 6 months of mental health nursing experience in the UK.
  • Strong team-working abilities and a positive, compassionate attitude.
  • High self-motivation and flexibility in your approach to work.
