As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for handling property enquiries, organizing viewings and property inspection appointments, and liaising with tenants and landlords to resolve property-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle property enquiries and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and attend viewings and property inspection appointments, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords to resolve property-related issues, including arranging estimates, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Arrange gas and electrical safety checks with contractors and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
  • Perform daily client accounting tasks, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including viewings, inspections, and correspondence.
  • Review and process application documents, including tenancy agreements and handover documents.

Requirements:

  • Administration experience with a good understanding of office practices and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
