Key Responsibilities:
- Handle property enquiries and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and attend viewings and property inspection appointments, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
- Liaise with tenants and landlords to resolve property-related issues, including arranging estimates, repairs, and maintenance.
- Arrange gas and electrical safety checks with contractors and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
- Perform daily client accounting tasks, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including viewings, inspections, and correspondence.
- Review and process application documents, including tenancy agreements and handover documents.
Requirements:
- Administration experience with a good understanding of office practices and procedures.
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to cope in a busy environment.
- Good organization and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Confidence to attend appointments alone and work independently.
