Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments based on referrals to determine the therapeutic and mental health needs of each young person. Lead and facilitate both group and individual therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions align with the young person's therapy plan. Manage and review an assigned caseload, ensuring timely delivery of services. Demonstrate the ability to work independently, with prior experience in supporting young individuals with ASD, preferably in an educational context.Essential Qualities:
