Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records for clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and process payroll, including tax and other deductions, to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare VAT returns and other financial reports to provide clients with a clear understanding of their financial situation.
- Communicate with clients regarding financial matters and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of practice experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Proficiency in Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
