About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Reception Class teacher to join our team at St Christopher's Preparatory School and Nursery. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and child-centred learning environment that fosters academic excellence and social growth.

As a qualified teacher with QTS, you will have a deep understanding of the EYFS & KS1 curriculum and be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child. Your ability to motivate and inspire young learners will be essential in helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Assess, record, and report on pupil progress and attainment
  • Provide guidance and support to pupils on educational and social matters
  • Develop and implement teaching materials, methods, and assessment strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive school culture
