Social Care Team Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead a team of care workers in a residential setting, providing support to vulnerable adults and contributing to their physical comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care workers to provide high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Contribute to the movement and treatment of clients to maximize their physical comfort
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide guidance and support to care workers to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent care
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:

  • SVQ 2 in Social Care or equivalent
  • Commitment to achieve SVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent
  • Administration of Medication training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good written communication and report writing skills
