About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to join our Specialist Care team in Winchester. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with complex needs to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our customer, enabling them to achieve their life goals and aspirations. You will work closely with our customer to develop and implement their individualised care plan, ensuring that their needs are met and their rights are respected.
