We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Care & Case Management Service. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a gentleman with an acquired brain injury, promoting his independence and well-being in his daily life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the client with daily living tasks, including household chores, personal care, and shopping.
  • Encourage and promote independence, enabling the client to live safely and comfortably in his own home.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the client, respecting their autonomy and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the client's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with acquired brain injuries.
  • Ability to problem-solve and think creatively in challenging situations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £14.50 per hour (weekday rate) and £15.50 per hour (weekend rate).
