Join Our Team as a Security Data Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Data Clerk. As a Security Data Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of visitor data within our SISYS data system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input accurate personal details for all visitors onto the SISYS data system
  • Print and issue passes to authorized personnel
  • Interrogate the SISYS database to provide records of specified criteria
  • Respond professionally to unexpected tasks in accordance with the duty MPGS officer
  • Ensure handover of all procedures are adhered to before leaving the workplace
  • Ensure all visitors are welcomed and managed in a polite and courteous manner
  • Comply with all company rules, regulations, and policies at all times
  • Assist with security escorting as required

Requirements:

  • Security clearance required
  • Computer literate
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
