**Job Summary**

Front Row Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Senior Pension Technical Lead (defined benefit) to join their team. The role will involve:

  • Supporting technical administration teams with complex cases
  • Providing technical advice and support regarding pension enquiries
  • Supporting the management team
  • Identifying issues with processes such as calculations
  • Identifying areas of concern such as scheme knowledge, complaints, errors, and efficiencies
  • Working with colleagues across the administration function regarding scheme changes, legislation changes, projects, and new clients/scheme implementation

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supporting technical administration teams with complex cases
  • Providing technical advice and support regarding pension enquiries
  • Supporting the management team
  • Identifying issues with processes such as calculations
  • Identifying areas of concern such as scheme knowledge, complaints, errors, and efficiencies
  • Working with colleagues across the administration function regarding scheme changes, legislation changes, projects, and new clients/scheme implementation

**Requirements**

  • Significant Defined Benefit experience including cradle-to-grave calculations (leavers, retirements, transfers, statements, scheme returns, etc.)
  • In-depth legislation knowledge
  • Ability to work with colleagues across the administration function
