Position Summary:
We are seeking seasoned Portfolio Managers with a focus on Equity Long/Short strategies. In this role, you will oversee a substantial capital allocation, ensuring comprehensive risk management practices are upheld across all active investments.
Core Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the Equity Long/Short investment strategy.
- Develop well-balanced portfolios characterized by low net delta and significant idiosyncratic risk attribution.
- Perform in-depth market and sector research.
- Enforce rigorous risk management protocols.
- Work collaboratively within a global team framework.
- Maintain adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Equity Long/Short strategies with a Sharpe Ratio exceeding 1.5.
