Position Summary:


As a Client Relations Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee our fleet of 800+ vehicles while managing customer accounts to guarantee effective service delivery and superior care.

This position merges logistics management with thorough customer account oversight, playing a vital role in our operational success and service quality.


Core Responsibilities:
1. Manage a diverse portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring exceptional support and guidance throughout their claims journey.
2. Liaise with third-party insurers, repair facilities, and engineers to provide timely updates, keeping customers informed.
3. Address and resolve issues related to investigations, adhering to protocols to mitigate business impact.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt provision of replacement vehicles and the retrieval of clients' damaged vehicles.
5. Work closely with satellite hub supervisors to maximize fleet efficiency and driver scheduling.
6. Oversee vehicle logistics, including documentation generation and precise record maintenance within our systems.
7. Manage vehicle-related concerns such as damages, faults, servicing, and de-fleet processes.
8. Review documentation and vehicle condition assessments to ensure compliance with established procedures.

Required Skills & Expertise:
1. Strong interest and knowledge in vehicles, coupled with a solid understanding of UK geography.
2. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and fostering effective relationships.
3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
4. Proficient in handling a high volume of calls and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism.
5. Ability to perform effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by a positive, proactive attitude.
7. Experience in customer negotiations and adeptness in resolving complex situations.
