We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team, providing exceptional service to our customers in Stafford and surrounding areas. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for visiting customers' homes, diagnosing and repairing appliance issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers' homes to diagnose and repair appliance issues
  • Manage time effectively to meet customer and business needs
  • Keep customers and colleagues updated on progress and stock levels
  • Upsell products and earn bonus incentives
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:

  • Full, valid driving licence
  • Strong technical and customer service skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • City and Guilds-assured in-house training and support
