We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Catering Team Member to join our team at YHA York. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to strict food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the preparation and presentation of food, including menu planning and food storage.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and responding to their needs and preferences.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour.
