Banksman Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Banksman to join our team in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe movement of traffic and plant on our construction site in Tewkesbury.

Key Requirements:
  • CPCS / NPORS Banksman Ticket
  • Ability to pass drugs and alcohol tests
  • Security clearance checks
  • 2 years' experience working as a Traffic Marshall or Plant Banksman on other construction projects
  • Ability to provide 2 recent work references
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work on a construction site in Tewkesbury, with a typical working day from 7:30am to 4:30pm. When daylight hours change, the working hours will be from 7:30am to 5pm.

Pay and Benefits:

The hourly rate for this position is £19.50, with 9 hours paid per day. Payment will be made on a Friday.
