About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Washroom Service Technician to join our team at phs Group. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in our customers' premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visiting customers' premises in the Watford area to collect feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins and to replenish other phs products
  • Returning to the local depot once a week to unload waste and stock up on phs products
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our customers
  • Working collaboratively with our depot team to ensure seamless delivery of our services
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving license for a minimum of 12 months (subject to insurance requirements), with a maximum of 6 points
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Vaccinations against Hepatitis B, tetanus/polio
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
