About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage team at Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa. As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work in a variety of Food and Beverage areas across the hotel, including the Brasserie restaurant and terrace bar.
  • Keep up-to-date with pricing and promotions to provide advice to guests and maximise sales.
  • Work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.

About Us:

Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa is a 4-star, 117-bedroom property located just outside Crewe. Our hotel features a Brasserie restaurant and terrace bar, as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. We also offer afternoon tea and leisure facilities including a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, two tennis courts, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
