Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations team, ensuring the effective delivery of our services and the achievement of our business objectives.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including the management of staff, resources, and budgets.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, and work with the CEO and Board of Directors to develop and implement business plans.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the business is compliant with all relevant regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including conducting regular appraisals, formulating training plans, and assisting in staff training and development.
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior operations management role, with a strong track record of delivering business objectives and improving operational efficiency.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in business or a related field, and professional certifications, such as a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualification.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £35,500 per annum, plus benefits.
