About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer and Competitor Insights Analyst to join our Net Business and Net Zero team at Centrica. As a key member of our Operational Excellence team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and leading an entirely new capability for Net Zero.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop the analytical function for Net Zero, including process, methodology, structure, and operationalisation.
  • Analyse existing customer experience and competitors' operational delivery to shape Net Zero's operational strategy and prioritise business improvement activities.
  • Provide recommendations on future customer needs to shape the Net Zero consumer market along the adoption curve.
  • Identify potential disruptors entering the market and advise on their operational delivery capability and ambition.
  • Use analysis to hold delivery partners to account and provide recommendations on KPIs and wider performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Outstanding business analyst with experience in developing customer and competitor insight.
  • Ability to process large data sets and translate both quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Comfortable operating across multiple MI systems and able to manipulate data sets to deliver key insights.
  • Highly innovative in methodology and communication to deliver the most appropriate outputs in a fast-evolving business unit.
  • Exceptionally pro-active and comfortable with minimal supervision.
