Position Overview:

Major Recruitment Oldbury is actively looking for a Production Planner to become a vital part of a reputable engineering firm.

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm (Totaling 39 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the requirements for production machinery, materials, and workforce.
  • Monitor and report on production efficiency.
  • Prioritize orders to ensure timely fulfillment of customer demands.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve production challenges.
  • Assist the Purchasing team in predicting material requirements.
  • Participate in contract review discussions and introduce innovative production techniques.
  • Ensure production documentation adheres to quality standards.
  • Handle administrative duties related to production planning and operations.
