About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Social Media Executive to join our team at Realtime Agency. As a key member of our digital advertising team, you will be responsible for managing and executing large-scale paid ads on social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, manage, and execute large-scale paid ads on social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Drive new ideas to improve performance of social campaigns, including account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, audience management, and landing page optimization.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Execute tests, collect, and analyze data, identify trends, and insights to maximize performance.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaigns.
  • Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of the paid channels.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of paid advertising experience (agency experience preferable).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
  • Experience with website and lead analytics (UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Datorama, or reporting dashboards).
  • Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
  • A passion for digital marketing and learning.
