Heritage Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Heritage Officer to join our team at North Northamptonshire Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service to the local community and visitors.

• Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with local tourism and cultural businesses, supporting frequent networking and collaboration events.
• Visitor Experience: Deliver a Visitor Survey and provide clear feedback and recommendations to the Head of Service.
• Event Management: Oversee the planning and delivery of events across North Northamptonshire to promote local tourism and cultural offerings.
• Customer Service: Deal with visitor enquiries, correspondence, and complaints in a timely and positive manner.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities to drive income and innovation, harnessing ideas from your team and customer feedback.
