Job Description

As a reliability test engineer, you will enhance our test plans, creating efficient tests tailored to specific mechanisms of failure for new cutting-edge automotive technology.

You will support the reliability engineering chapter strategy and participate in product design processes to understand product features, functions, and lifecycle events.

The ideal candidate will have a desire for personal and shared in-depth understanding and be able to focus on short-term delivery priorities.

Requirements
  • Degree or similar qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related subject
  • Understanding of quality tools and failure mode avoidance (FMA) and design for reliability (DfR) methods and principles
  • Familiarity with failure mode analysis and ability to problem solve and effectively communicate findings at different business levels
  • Knowledge of reliability engineering and statistical analysis
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with the design, operation, and environment of automotive electrification
  • Experience of working in AGILE
